Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is looking for you to join our team as a Program Manager based out of Clearfield, UT.

**What You'll get to Do:**

+ Execute programs successfully by managing safety, quality, schedule and cost (P&L responsibility)
+ Report Program Reviews, Forecasts, EAC's
+ Lead customer directed change delegations and proposals
+ Coordinate customer directed changes through the change control board
+ Lead Program Risk Board and Special Projects

The ideal candidate brings agility to the business and programs they are working, is a proven leader and can represent the company internally and externally. You take initiative, work with limited direction, and enjoy leading small and large teams and are comfortable around any level of management. Lastly, you are observant and pay attention to detail.

Travel is 25% within the US or as needed based on program requirements to ensure a successful mission.

**Qualifications:**

**You'll Bring These Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) and 5+ years of relevant work experience or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 3+ years of relevant experience
+ Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead a group that are not direct reports
+ Active DOD Secret clearance
+ Demonstrated financial management skills including: development and control of program budgets, schedules, and the ability to recognize and capture program changes.
+ Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Familiarity with project scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project)
+ Demonstrated history of effective and productive customer relationships

**These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:**

+ Composite and or advanced materials product experience
+ Background in engineering and/or engineered products
+ Program and/or Project management work experience with hand lay-up, assembly, testing, tooling development and working with major subcontractors
+ Government proposal experience with aircraft structures and systems
+ Experience working with major prime customers especially with sophisticated user customers
