**M&ATeam Americas:**

growth is a critical element of the Siemens Healthineers strategy. The M&A
Americas team, which is part of the global M&A organization, focuses on
inorganic growth of the global Siemens Healthineers portfolio by executing
M&A deals for all Siemens Healthineers businesses areas.



Healthineers is hiring a key individual for the M&A Americas team focused
on the execution of M&A transactions. This person will report to the Head
of M&A Americas. This is an individual contributor role at the Director
level. The preferred location for the position is Tarrytown, NY which is
commutable by public transportation from NYC.

**Role andResponsibilities:**

+ Lead M&A transaction (acquisitions,divestments or joint ventures) evaluation and execution, and supportintegration with the acquiring/divesting business units.

+ Produce financial and strategicassessments of acquisition and divestiture targets, perform valuation analysisand generate financial and valuation models.

+ Lead in business plan analysis,financial and business due diligence, and project management.

+ Formulate proposals for transactionterms and be responsible for negotiating transactions.

+ Lead cross functional, collaborative,work stream execution efforts, with both local and global business executivesat all levels of seniority.

+ Produce work product in the form ofpresentations, spreadsheets, information memoranda, term sheets, etc.

+ Maintain transaction information inthe Companys databases.

**Skillsand Experience Required:**

+ BA/BA in business related field(Accounting, Finance or Economics). MBA preferred.

+ At least 5-7 years of work experiencein broad project management, strategy projects, M&A execution, in a large,corporate or institutional setting, is strongly preferred.

+ Excellent transaction analysis,financial modeling and quantitative skills are required.

+ Experience in transaction projectmanagement and due diligence is required.

+ Ability to take on several projectsin parallel is required.

+ Must have excellent top-managementcommunication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and work well withteams, and potential to develop internal client relationships.

+ Must be proficient in Excel,PowerPoint and Word.
