**Job Description**

As The Member Communications Advisor, you will be responsible for leading highly visible business initiatives with strategic and operational impact for one of our highest priority clients. You will be focusing on the successful execution of CVS Healths PBM member communications which help keep members informed of a variety of key benefit aspects. Your role will utilize many different communication delivery channels including Print, Email, IVR, LOC and others. Coordination between multiple MCO or non-MCO teams for progress against shared objectives will be key for your success. Additionally, you will provide assistance with issue resolution and critical issues as well as Help identify areas of opportunity within defined operational processes. You will also will need to develop positive relationships with all applicable internal and external partners. Some of your additional responsibilities will include:

- Leading assigned programs/initiatives from kick-off through deployment, overseeing all aspects of communication execution

- Coordinating with internal partners, customers and vendors to facilitate the timely handling of all assigned communications

- Supporting Issue Resolution Process, as the need arises

- Managing the SOP or work instructions for the programs they execute, including template management, custom client requirements for program execution, etc.


As an integral member of this team you will be involved in the successful implementation of strategic process changes to drive continued improvement and growth. You will be working in a dynamic environment where your ability to work with an intense sense of urgency will be tested. The contributions your team will make will help to ensure CVS Health Maintains its position as a leader in the PBM Marketplace.


**Required Qualifications**

* 5 or more years of experience working in PBM, Operations, Printing, Communications, Project Management or similar related field


**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience directly related to Member Communications execution

* General understanding of PBM Operations

* Well-developed Problem Solving capabilities

* Proven experience in continuous process improvement

* Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment

* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Visio, Access and Project


**Education**

* Associates Degree is required

* Bachelor's Degree is preferred
