Marketing Technology Manager - Adobe

We have an exciting position open for a Marketing Technology Manager (Adobe). The role will be part of the team responsible for implementing and Managing Citis Marketing Technology (Website & App Analytics, Ad Serving, Website Optimisation, DMP and Tag Management technologies). The Marketing Technology Manager (Adobe) will support Citis digital marketing transformation efforts by supporting the roll-out and widescale adoption of our Adobe Marketing Technology Solutions.

They will partner closely with internal stakeholders to implement new marketing strategies and to leverage new features available in the tools to enable the business to deliver new strategies that improve the relevance and impact of each customer communication. The Marketing Technology Manager (Adobe) will have ownership of the entire delivery timeline from discovery to deployment. This role will partner closely with colleagues from across the marketing, technology and data analytics organisations. It will require meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless execution and strict adherence to necessary process controls.


+ Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of implementing and managing Adobe Marketing Technology

+ Ability to use Adobe Marketing Technology to gather data, analyse it, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.

+ Ability to convert business requirements into Marketing Technology Technical specification documents.

+ Process / Documentation skills being able to write and maintain functional and translate them into technical and functional requirements.

+ Knowledge of A/B Website and App testing. Experience using Adobe Target testing platform strongly preferred.

+ Knowledge of Data Management Platforms; Adobe Audience Manager, Krux, Oracle Bluekai.

+ In depth experience of Tag Manager Technologies; Adobe Launch, Ensighten, Tealium, GTM.

+ In depth experience with implementing Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics 360; certifications in these technologies will be viewed favorably.

+ Experience in configuring and deploying website tagging and analytics tools.

+ Debugging experience investigate, triage, and report on application bugs and performance issues.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow projects through to completion.

+ Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

+ Ability to work quickly and independently, under various degrees of oversight.


+ Bachelors/University degree

+ Adobe Certifications looked upon very favourably, particularly in Analytics and Launch

Please note that Citi has entered into an agreement with NAB to acquire its consumer bank in Australia which includes residential mortgages, deposits, and unsecured lending.

The sale is expected to complete in May 2022.

As this is a role to work in Citis consumer bank, the successful candidate will initially be employed by Citi, but on sale completion, their employment will transfer to a NAB (or) a new entity that will employ Citis consumer bank employees, prior to their transfer to NAB.
