**Marketing Specialist( Access Instrumentation ) MITG SI - KSA**


Lead marketing communications

+ Coordinatingwith Sales Team RegionalMarketing Team for:

+ Productlaunches

+ NationalInternational congresses

+ LocalInternational Exhibitions

+ EducationalSeminars Scientific Meetings

**Lead Product promotional**

+ Leadall product promotional activities by tracking, measuring reportingall activities conducted by the sales team. They will also lead thePresentations to group of key customers on New Products during campaignsProduct Launches

+ Leadthe communications and assuretoshare information, status, needs and issues to inform, gain input, andsupport decision-making

**Sales/Marketing Tools**

+ Work with Regional marketing counterparts to develop, produce, anddistribute all sales/marketing tools and collaterals and assure that thetools are communicating value proposition of products.

+ Effectivelycommunicate plans, progress and results of the marketing communicationsactivities

+ Measureperformance and effectiveness of promotional activities.

Activities Management cost estimate

+ Responsibleto estimate cost of activities, control and report the expenditure plan.

+ Assistthe Country Meager in executing the Marketing projects to completion.

**Lead the VBH Projects**

+ Liaisewith the Regional Marketing Local Sales Team to identify the VBHProducts, initiate VBH Local evidences generate VBH offerings

+ Manage complianceof all product marketing activities with Saudi regulations, Medical Laws,Medical Devices Acts, checking the regulations, obtaining approvals, andreporting to relevant authorities.

+ Comply withMedtronics Finance and Legal policies and procedures.

+ Work within and actively promote Medtronics coremission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and code of conduct

**Forecasting Process**

+ Communicatewith the sales team to consolidate the product forecast in a timely manner

Communicate the product forecast to all concerned

Must haves

+ Bachelor degree

+ Microsoft Officeskills

+ Ability to travel around 60-70% of the time

+ Ability to learn

**Nice to haves**

+ Masters degree in general or digital marketing

+ 1-3 yearsof sales and/or marketing experience (preferably in health care)

+ Medical devicesexpertise

+ Medical , veterinarians,Pharmaceutical , science or Nursingbackground


+ Arabic

+ Fluent inEnglish
