This is a market research position that will work to support the Marketing organization, as well as work to ensure research support and integration to U.S. Bank Agile team. The position must be knowledgeable on how to design, analyze and interpret market research (both qualitative and quantitative) information and be skilled the business application of research. Partner w/internal teams to ensure foundational research/feedback incorporated into Agile studies and decisions. Help define/understand key objectives and design/execute research approach, conduct analysis, integrate w/other historical research and apply U.S. Bank research standards and processes. Primary responsibilities include. + Work with Marketing Research Leader andMarketing team to identify, plan and deliver research results effectively (timelyand useful/actionable) to support marketing team and agile organization. + Ensure insights are compelling, rooted in factsand helpful to developing better marketing and communications. + Design, execute and analyze and summarizefindings using a quick turn approach + Work with Research leaders to develop turn keysolutions. **Primary activitiesinclude:** + Manage variety of market research projects:analyze and summarize findings and insightsfrom research studies (partnering with and leveraging Marketing Research toolkit and vendors effectively) + Partner with Marketing Research and CX leadersto ensure good understanding of marketing plans and calendars to stay ahead oftiming demands. + Collaborate with other CX and Research teammatesto continue to build the banks foundational knowledge; continuously improvingupon what we know about consumers and the market to compete more effectively. **Qualifications:** Basic Qualifications + Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience + 8-10 years of experience in project management activities required; 3-7 years of professional experience related to marketing research (qualitative/quantitative), strong preferred. Preferred Qualifications + Experience analyzing and managing or executing research (qualitative, quantitative, focus groups, surveys text analysis, driver analysis).Comfort with research planning/designing and execution, analysis and interpretation. + Curious and analytic, Ability to connect dots and translate data to actions. + Comfort with ambiguity, and ability to prioritize + Able to work in fast paced environment on multiple projects + Experience with Qualtrics or similar platform a plus; Experience with SPSS or SAS a plus. + Strong communication skills, particularly around convey data/info. + Microsoft office proficient + Education focus on psychology areas, communications or marketing.
