Position Summary

Infor is seeking a Channel Marketing Operations Manager to join our Global Ecosystem Operations team, specifically supporting our European Channel partners on their marketing and demand generation initiatives. This person is responsible for working cross-functionally with sales, field marketing, channel operations and our partner community to increase the effectiveness and execution of our partners' marketing and demand generation practices and develop and execute programs that support our partners in generating new business and expanded business with their customer base. Serving in a consultative role, this individual will work with partners to evaluate their current demand generation practices, identify and hold them accountable to a joint marketing plan, and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic, results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive change and exceed targets. They are resourceful inside and outside the company, committed to continuous improvement, and passionate about marketing.

Your Responsibilities Include

·Meet with Infor's European channel partners to review their current marketing and demand generation programs

·Create tailored plans, by partner, to improve demand generation effectiveness and increase pipeline

·Collaborate with channel managers on the implementation and adoption of demand generation programs

·Oversee the execution, usage and effectiveness of partner programs and spend related to the marketing development fund (MDF) program

·Work cross-functionally with channel and field marketing in the creation of campaigns-in-a-box and programs to support key regional initiatives and products

·Collaborate with global channel marketing operations team to identify and drive best practices within the European and global partner community

·Leverage knowledge of Infor's marketing content and resources to increase partner adoption and usage of Infor marketing resources

·Keep abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and share best practices, knowledge and insights

·Lead marketing advisory council and quarterly marketing update meetings

Knowledge and Skills, You Bring to the Organization

·Bachelor's degree or similar in marketing, communications, business, or related field required

·Knowledge of best practices in modern marketing: persona-centric demand generation, digital marketing, demand waterfall, pipeline acceleration, marketing technology, etc.

·Creative thinker who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adding new ideas

·Prior experience successfully working in marketing, marketing operations, or demand generation positions or demonstrated experience as a marketing consultant or similar role

·In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing principles and best practices

·Ability to think strategically and analytically with strong communication and problem-solving skills

·Experience working cross-functionally and cross-culturally to achieve goals

·One who can show both creative thinking and practical, results-driven analysis

·Note: some travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications:

·Experience in modern marketing, preferably with an enterprise software company

·Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, or services industries

·English professional proficiency and native/bilingual proficiency for the assigned market/region DACH&UKI & Southern (German or French)

·Any additional European language will be a plus
