Armed with over 35 years of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) experience, we pride ourselves on peer-to-peer relationships with associations to efficiently grow business for our vendor partners.\n

NPP is offering a great opportunity for a bright, organized, and responsive individual to learn what it takes to manage a rapidly growing Employee Discount Program.    This 3 to 6 month engagement involves managing and documenting the steps involved in the EDP process and ultimately creating an EDP Playbook.  \n

\n

The Employee Discount Program is a new exciting and growing portion of our business.   The role will have a positive impact on this part of the business by documenting processes and developing a playbook that will contribute to our growth. \n

  • Conducting research to ensure offers are competitive and the program is compelling.\n
  • Managing the production process to ensure all assets logos, images, etc, are up to date and easy to access.\n
  • Coordinating approvals and ensuring accuracy.\n
  • Documenting reporting processes to track success and ensure contractual obligations are met. \n
  • Assist in developing program strategy and growth plans, including targeting top accounts. \n
  • Creating an EDP playbook with sales enablement material \n
  • Assist with association marketing as needed\n

    Qualifications:

      \n
    • High school diploma or GED\n
    • Some office administrative related work experience preferred\n
    • Demonstrated knowledge of using a personal computer in order to perform word processing and data entry\n
    • Ability to operate various office equipment (fax machine, telephone, copier, printer)\n
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing\n
    • Ability to follow instructions for various projects and communicate effectively with other staff members\n
    • Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment\n
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information.\n

      Strong candidates for this position will preferably be enrolled in a Bachelor's program with a focus on marketing.\n
