To support our CVG Business (Cardio Vascular Group) within Cardiac Rhythm and Heart Failure unit for the ABGIN region (Alpine, Benelux, Greece, Israel and Nordics) we are currently looking for a fulltime dynamic and passionate Marketing Campaign Specialist with excellent interpersonal/ communication skills, proven expertise in marketing project management and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

This is a great challenge for a marketing experienced and process driven person with a strong analytical skill, demonstrated skills for problem solving and issue handling, flexible attitude and ability to plan, organize and execute a project independently and on time. Fluent English + Dutch or German is required.

**A Day in the Life**

We offer you a position where you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and product launches supporting the growth of the Cardiac Rhythm and Heart Failure (CRHF), Implantable Diagnostic business in designated countries (Benelux or Alpine (Austria and Switzerland)) within the ABGIN Sales Region (Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, Israel and Nordic countries). Additionally, as the Marketing Campaign Specialist you will drive key initiatives for the Patient Management business area within the CRHF business across the entire ABGIN sales region.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Working closely with EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Downstream Marketing and country sales teams to execute marketing campaigns and product launches with excellence including (but not limited to) launch planning, launch forecasting, marketing mix optimization, field sales launch/campaign readiness training and customer meetings

Setting up Key Performance Indicators to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives

Supporting country sales teams with local marketing tactics development and execution

Supporting market and customer insights generation including competitive intelligence

Providing input to portfolio and pricing strategies

Supporting Marketing Plan and annual operating plan process

Driving the planning and delivery of key initiatives and projects within Patient Monitoring Diagnostic (PMD) business area across ABGIN such as but not limited to:

oDeployment of new Bluetooth technologies to customers and patients

oExpansion of remote patient management infrastructure and related solutions and software

oManage all operational tasks related to remote patient monitoring: Hardware and SW updates, asset management, contracts and forecasting

To be successful in this role you have to be proactive and execution-oriented. You are a team player with a track record of working collaboratively cross-functional and generate impact and results through others.

**Must haves**

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science or equivalent with at least 5 years working experience in marketing function / environment or Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science or equivalent with at least 3 years working experience in marketing function / environment

Fluency in English and at least one of local languages (Dutch and/or German)

Demonstrated successful operations management across field/ customers projects

Experience in an international company, in a matrix environment, ideally in the medical device industry

Experience in working with different functions and customer facing

Willingness to travel approx. 30-40%

Located in Tolochenaz or Bern (Switzerland), Vienna (Austria) or Eindhoven (the Netherlands)

Very good verbal and written presentation skills

Proficiency in Excel, CRM Systems, SalesForce.com

**Nice to haves**

SAP workflow know how a is plus

Fluent French
