Reporting to UK Ireland HCP Market Development Manager, you will be responsible within the Diabetes business for supporting the development, planning and implementation of HCP and patient marketing activities, including promotion of education offerings, messaging to HCPs and patients and digital channels development.

You will collaborate closely with the UK and EMEA education and marketing teams to drive execution through Sales, Training and Education, Patient Marketing and Market Access.

**A Day in the Life**

+ Identifies, develops, and implements near-term and long-term business strategies relating to the development of new products, technologies, services, follow-on products.

+ Drive strong synergies with Training Education team members to ensure the delivery of a holistic HCP and patient marketing and education plan.

+ Work with the education team to provide a marketing insight to projects with a clear plan on how to deliver said projects to HCPs and patients.

+ Support in the development of HCP and patient materials including digital.

+ Support in the development and execution of relevant local and national educational courses

+ Promote and market the education offering to internal and external stakeholders

+ Work closely with EMEA and UK marketing teams to drive synergies in marketing and education initiatives.

+ Develop and support patient retention initiatives as the business model requires.

+ Develop new digital channels in order to maximise HCP and patient -awareness

**Must Haves**

+ Marketing diploma or degree.

+ Experience in digital marketing and campaign creation.

+ Responsible for driving digital marketing educational initiatives to optimise campaign adoption.

+ Proven data analytic skills including identifying market trends.

+ Ability to collaborate with other marketing teams to create meaningful customer and patient solutions to increase brand value and patient therapy options.

+ Ability to work alone and as part of a team.

+ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across education and marketing as well as external customers.

+ Highly motivated, focused and have the ability to self-manage.

+ Ability to communicate within a matrix management structure.

+ Flexibility to travel and to stay away from home as necessary.

+ Ability to act in a timely order to achieve set objectives

+ Knowledge of basic computer skills, excel, word, power point, outlook, adobe.

+ Full driving license

**Nice to Haves**

+ Previous background in medical education

+ Knowledge of Type 1 Diabetes disease state

+ Knowledge of Diabetes Technology (insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring)
