+ Responsible for the management of project implementation assigned.

**A Day in the life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned

+ To understand the Quality system / manufacturing flow and processes for any product assignment.

+ Monitors and improves goals and metrics established for company and area of responsibility

+ To provides Project Management expertise to enable crisp execution in a cross-functional project team by partnering with the team members in project planning, execution, and monitoring.

+ To oversees and manages the operational aspects of assigned projects, working with Team members to create and maintain a project management framework that enables teams to successfully execute projects.

+ To maintains and analyzes project schedule and prepares regular status reports for the implementation team.

+ To tracks project risks, opportunities and issues in order to develop resolutions to meet quality and timeline goals and objectives.

+ To escalate any potential delay to project implementation.

+ To participate in the Global project/process implementation.

+ To lead main projects which include product/technology transfer, ECO implementation, CAPA/process improvement and cost reduction based projects.


+ Professional, cooperative, and customer service focused attitude

+ Takes initiative to complete work tasks and works well in a team environment

+ Leadership skills, team building and development

+ Ability to initiate and lead process improvements

+ Sensitivity to managements needs and concerns

+ Result and Quality Oriented

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.

+ Bachelor's Degree Required

**Additional Requirements**

+ Minimum 3 years experience in Manufacturing Environment preferably in medical or electronic devices including supervisory experience

+ Experience in Lean Sigma Methodology and Continuous Improvements Programs is a plus

+ PMP certification is preferred

+ Good written reporting skills

+ Effective communication skills to deal with cross functional team members

+ University degree or tertiary education.

+ Relevant working experience
