KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Talent Development to join our Learning & Development organization.


+ Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of talent development solutions and other enterprise talent initiatives, with emphasis on development through experiences and relationships (i.e., non-formal development)

+ Consult and collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to identify, recommend, and implement scalable talent solutions and/or individual/team interventions

+ Recommend, design, and implement measurement and evaluation strategies to assess impact and outcomes; suggest actions based on analysis of data.

+ Apply research skills to inform talent development initiatives


+ Minimum five years of experience in talent or leadership development, learning and development, and/or organization development/talent management

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; master's degree in Human Resources, Applied Psychology or related field is preferred

+ Experience designing/implementing talent programs and consulting with leaders to identify appropriate development experiences and solutions to improve individual and team effectiveness

+ Experience leading large projects demonstrating strong organization and analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, tracking deadlines & milestones, and communicating status while also being attentive to details; ability to influence, collaborate, and work effectively with colleagues and senior leadership

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels; strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
