Manager, Segments Portfolio Management

This is a developing professional role that applies disciplinary knowledge in client segmentation, customer experience, content, and journey strategy in a data-led approach to drive the Singapore Retail Bank and Wealth Management proposition. The role requires a client-centric mindset, structured planning and execution, good analytical and communication skills to lead these strategies.


+ Drive the retail banks portfolio management function to achieve accelerated growths across products, client segments, and distribution channels

+ Lead the client portfolio engagement strategy, roadmap, activities to deliver on client retention, relationship deepening, and Citis top-of-mind leadership in wealth management

+ Responsible for the Right Client, Right Message model to achieve highly client-centric customer experience, journey, and content across online and offline channels, in a personalized and data-led approach

+ Lead the digital activation and activity metrics, and bank-wide digital initiatives

+ Business Lead in strategic projects partnering cross-functional stakeholders in regional, product, digital, marketing, analytics, legal, compliance, sales and distribution teams etc

+ Keep abreast of market trends to constantly develop and implement programs and strategies to improve client engagement and satisfaction

+ Partner stakeholders in maintaining the integrity of Segments financials, reporting, risks, controls and adherence to regulatory requirements


+ At least 3 years of relevant experience in banking, preferably in segments / customer experience / wealth management / strategy / product / digital / marketing, with cross functional knowledge in analytics, project management

+ Strong analytical skills especially in interpreting and utilizing data, organized and structured in strategic ideation to driving execution

+ Capacity to proactively anticipate, identify and resolve problems, ability to multi-task, appetite for challenging assignments, and adapt to unexpected change in requirements

+ Demonstrated problem solving, decision-making, influencing skills


+ Bachelors/University degree
