KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Public Issues and Engagement to join our Communications organization.


+ Work closely with Public Issues and Engagement team as well as other leaders across the corporate communications team to deliver high impact written and data-driven content on key initiatives

+ Assist with development of the strategy and creating content for thought leadership, articles, and speeches as well as industry chartbooks and other analyses, primarily for external audiences

+ Analyze our external impact through data, developing data-driven content strategies to guide the work

+ Engage with teams that provide day-to-day support for initiatives such as C-Suite and Executive Engagement, Environmental, Social, and Governance, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, High-Growth Industries, Key Reports for Audit, Tax and Advisory

+ Develop thought leadership strategy and plan for each area, validated by leadership and supported with data

+ Help to fuse internal and external messaging and coordinate with internal content leads


+ Minimum five years of experience in a communication or writing field with at least two of those years in Public Affairs or Issues Management

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

+ Track record of high-quality published writing

+ Excellent data analysis capabilities, including creating data visualizations

+ Demonstrated experience working on complex issues/industries

+ Strong influencing and communication skills to act professionally, calmly and persuasively when dealing with senior stakeholders
