**Job Description**

The Manager of Program Finance reports directly to the the Sr. Manager of Program Financial Reporting & Analytics and is directly responsible for capital & expense management for business units and programs assigned within the Construction and Properties division of the organization. This roles primary function is to manage the spend activity of department operating expenses and planned capital project spend including multi-system data collection to accurately budget, forecast, report and develop business reviews by programs back to Corporate Finance, business sponsors and the program management team. Also responsible for field construction reporting related to vendor and workload management and other analytics required to support the field team. Position is responsible for accurate and timely reporting for retail programs assigned. Other responsibilities include accounting support functions of monthly, quarterly and annual accruals, write-off disposition, journal entries and other functions required as part of the daily support of the team.

This role is the financial liaison with external business sponsors and program managers where the position partners and collaborates with owners to influence current and future years strategy and roadmap. Manage the funding reallocation process to ensure budget risk and opportunities are addressed accurately and timely. Partner closely with internal and external business partners to support the financial responsibilities of a multi-million dollar capital portfolio.

This position manages an analyst that also supports the financial obligations as outlined. Individual development, priority setting and working in a team environment are responsibilities of this role.

**Required Qualifications**

5+ years experience in a financial analyst, accounting, or construction finance role.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Proficient Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Tableau skill sets.

Reporting and analyzing data experience/background

Attention to detail and willingness to learn .

Team player proven ability to work in a team, multi-tiered team and cross-functional environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence across levels of an organization Knowledge of SAP or SAP S4/HANA, Hyperion, Ariba and Tririga a plus.

Construction, facilities, finance or retail-related industry experience preferred.

Results driven with the ability to develop and articulate key success measures.

Self-starter with ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.


Bachelors Degree, with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
