KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Partner Enablement to join our Growth and Strategy organization.


+ Support the creation of content and deliverables that advance various enablement initiatives and support various program coordination and logistics, across all Lead Partner Elevation program pillars (including training, content/enablement, coaching and community-building programs, rewards and recognition among others)

+ Provide writing support and help create presentations along with other documents designed to capture enablement content, provide updates to leadership, communicate and organize ideas to advance the development of enablement initiatives

+ Help create program support material (guidance documents, toolkits, templates among others) needed for various Lead Partner programs

+ Assist with efforts to prototype and roll-out new web assets (for the Lead Partner Resource center, playbook among others), in coordination with the content enablement team and others

+ Aid with the coordination and logistics support for programs and development efforts

+ Reinforce the ongoing efforts, initiatives and developments of Lead Partner Elevation


+ Minimum five years of relevant and increasing responsibility in one or more of the following areas: project/program management, learning and development, planning in a professional service setting or similar matrix organization

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and/or university, or equivalent work experience

+ Strong research and analytical skills with high attention to detail

+ Ability to identify and proactively resolve issues and escalate when needed; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with automation tools a plus

+ Demonstrate understanding to effectively navigate the roles and functions of relevant groups within KPMG

+ Excellent communications skills working with executive partners (in person, email and by phone)
