Manages one or more information systems functions for a specific user group/functional area (e.g., marketing, sales, human resources, and manufacturing) for a site, or the entire organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to analysis, selection and modification of application software, installation of network hardware and software, and database management and integrity. Usually requires subject matter knowledge of user group for practical application of system characteristics. Coordinates delivery of services to user groups and ensures IT service is uninterrupted. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Will independently coordinate and perform hardware integration, relocation, and periodic maintenance in Department of Defense (DoD) and DoD accredited Government and contractor facilities. This requires infrequent Continental United States (CONUS) travel requiring direct coordination with Program Manager (PM) on budgetary constraints and limitations
+ Frequent collaboration with internal company and external contacts. Represents organization on specific projects and tracking metrics. May make presentations to small groups
+ Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
+ Works under only very general supervision. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy
+ Perform Earned Value management reporting and Cost Account Management for the assigned work efforts

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ US Citizenship is required with an active DoD Secret security clearance
+ Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within 365 days from hire
+ Bachelor of Science w/ 10 years' experience in software, cyber or systems engineering / Four (4) years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree
+ Must possess or be able to obtain DoD 8570 Certification for IAT Level II within six (6) months of starting
+ Leadership skills as a people and technical leader, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
+ Experience in leading projects and teams, including effort estimation, schedule development, and resource allocation for assigned tasks
+ Must have a moderate understanding of computer networks.
+ Must be able to track basic hardware maintenance for a distributed network architecture

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors degree in a relevant technical or management specialty
+ DoD 8570 Certification for IAT Level II
+ Experience operating in a customer facility providing integrated support
+ Experience with military / DoD installations and practices
+ Experience with IT procurement issues
+ General knowledge of supply chain and product integrity concepts
+ Managing the tracking of basic hardware maintenance schedules for a complex distributed network architecture
+ Must be knowledgeable of the complexities of dealing with both software & hardware license and warranty issues. This includes cost evaluations and variations
+ Prior experience translating requirements
+ Demonstrated success leading and working individually or as part of a team requiring little supervision
+ When required, have the ability to work outside of normal working hours and weekends as needed to support the customer's needs
+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
