KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to join our Data Strategy & Operations organization.


Responsibilities:


+ Accountable for navigating and delivering analytical roadmaps through highly successful program implementation, team engagement, and continuous improvement; create a culture of transparency and communication throughout the organization

+ Drive the design and development of a finance-oriented business intelligence and analytics vision, strategy, roadmap(s), and implementation path; ensure development of actionable strategies aligned with firm priorities

+ Operate as a key advisor to internal stakeholders and proactively initiate ideas to significantly improve client service across a range of work products

+ Drive and manage progress of shared assignments/projects for large scale projects, processes, or programs

+ Partner with information governance, IT delivery, data producers and consumers of analytics to deliver business relevant outcomes; interact regularly with delivery partners and/or department leaders

+ Proactively initiate ideas to improve client service for a specific work product within a department; Contribute to department or group objectives, strategy, and priorities; set tactical plan for execution of strategic objectives


Qualifications:


+ Minimum five years of leadership experience directing and developing BI&A delivery teams utilizing BI&A tools such as Alteryx, Qlik, Power BI, and/or Tableau; as well as directing and developing analytics delivery teams focused on financial analytics

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred; CPA preferred

+ Ability to understand the business value of data and enable finance analytics partner solutions leveraging firm-wide data assets; ability to make decisions of very high complexity, often autonomously; as well as to build and lead teams of highly skilled and marketable data professionals

+ Experience in data preparation, operational and management descriptive reporting, business intelligence, dashboarding, ad hoc analytics, modeling, or more advanced techniques such as machine learning, augmented and artificial intelligence (predictive/prescriptive)

+ Knowledgeable of several analytic platforms including Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, MicroStrategy, and/or similar technologies; demonstrated ability to create an analytics product vision, 1- and 3-year analytical roadmaps, and assist with influencing the next phase of delivery based on stakeholder prioritization

+ Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to direct, motivate and empower others to work towards the organization's goals, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across multiple functions
