Manager, Executive Compensation

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage, execute & ensure the day-to-day operations of Executive Compensation administration (e.g., Comp. Committee materials, Officer goals, Officer mailings, etc.) are performed correctly and on time.
  • Manage portions of and/or support the Compensation Committee materials/scheduling
  • Responsible for oversight of deferred compensation programs (e.g., deferrals, distributions, open enrollment, etc.)
  • Provide support/manage one-time projects as requested or required
  • Support requests and officer inquiries as needed
  • Manage Officer market data process (e.g., survey completion, data verification, year-over-year reviews, etc.)
  • Assist with the proxy disclosure (e.g., CEO pay ratio, CD&A reviews, etc.)

Minimum Educations Requirement:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, or related field.


  • Minimum 5 years: Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with managing medium-sized projects
  • Effective written and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Workday
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Vendor management a plus

Licenses & Certifications:

  • CCP Preferred¬†
