KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Contract Operations to join our Digital Nexus organization.


Responsibilities:


+ Responsible for proactive management and optimization of client-side contract management with a focus on post-signature data collection/analysis/cataloguing

+ Serve as key resource in fulfilling data analysis requests and providing applicable reoccurring and ad-hoc reporting

+ Perform as product owner for Contract Management System providing business support to end-users, working with the IT team on technical support issues, and defining requirements for enhancements/changes to the application

+ Partner with internal clients throughout the Firm to confirm current contractual data needs, while addressing new opportunities to drive business value by expanding the scope of contract review and data collection activities

+ Act as point of contact for internal clients including obtaining satisfaction feedback, providing process updates and acting as an escalation point to address issues/backlogs; Produce and monitor monthly metrics and provide reporting and analysis to leadership, as well as define, implement and refine Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators

+ Accountable for the assignment of contract review and data collection activities and standard operating procedure documentation; develop/conduct training and work with a team of offshore analysts to ensure processes are understood and followed, as well as evaluate opportunities to continuously improve processes through the application of technology and process redesign; Act as primary point of contact for a team of offshore contract analysists including but not limited, to system and process trainings, contract interpretation issue resolution, technical issue escalation and feedback/input on team KPIs with a strong focus on data quality and timeliness


Qualifications:


+ Minimum five years' experience utilizing Contract Lifecycle Management technology solutions, preferably industry leading tools

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

+ Proficient in Microsoft Tools; particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Graphs, Macros) and Project

+ Excellent organizational skills, strong time management skills and strong attention to detail

+ Strong research, project management and business analysis skills with the ability to work in a geographically dispersed team

+ Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
