Manager, Branch Operations

The Branch Operation Officer is an intermediate level position responsible for providing support on, including but not limited to; reviewing and maintaining data/documentation quality, retrieval of records, account maintenance, monitoring control adherence and compliance of regulation and policy, coordinating with branch staff or operation team in data quality assurance task.

The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.


+ Review data quality / control reports against system data/documentation/record to identify true exceptions

+ Perform rectifications on true exceptions by updating data in system

+ Able to work independently as a maker and also liaise with related teams for follow up action for rectifications

+ Escalate for any suspicious exceptions

+ Perform a checker role to ensure the system update done by makers are complied with policy requirement

+ Oversee the report review/rectification progress to be completed timely

+ Have a logical mindset to review the criteria of exception reports

+ Able to provide analytic reports on true/false exceptions and improvement suggestions on errors


+ 2-3 years of relevant experience

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office

+ High level knowledge of related to industry standards and practices

+ Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

+ Self-motivated and detail oriented

+ Proven organization and time management skills

+ Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills


+ Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience is preferable
