Responsibilities: 

Responsible for end-to-end service delivery for IT Mergers and Acquisitions, in particular ensuring effective execution of due diligence and integration activities.  The M&A IT service owner must assess all activities and costs to enable the businesses day one and to ensure complete integration of the IT services and technologies into the Honeywell landscape.  Using a set of robust playbooks, this leader will partner with respective business leaders to ensure business nuances are addressed, and manage the work-stream of activities across the service owners including User Support, Infrastructure, Security and Applications. 

Additionally, the IT M&A Service Owner will manage this service as a business, including establishing a defined strategy, roadmap, with prioritized initiatives, a supplier strategy and financial plan.  The leader will need to establish and manage an operating system to measure service maturity, consumption, and performance.  The IT M&A Service Owner must be aligned with their customers and stakeholders and have a regular mechanism for identifying and implementing continuous improvements and innovative approaches for delivering in right and fast way. 
Major responsibilities include:
Direct all IT M&A activities, ensuring effective and complete execution of all IT activities from due diligence thru integration
Develop and maintain playbooks, checklists and templates to ensure consistent and repeatable M&A outcomes
Ensure all technology integration costs estimated/ included in deal.
Maintain a record, of the actual integration effort and costs to create benchmarks and measurements to forecast the costs associated with future IT M&A efforts.
Perform regular bench-marking and obtain outside in perspective to understand alternatives to executing M&A, as well as contemporary approaches that should be incorporated
Establish and manage an effective workforce plan that supports flex and surge needs
Establish and manage all aspects of the service including strategy, road-map, maintenance, and sunsetting, and ensure innovation and continuous improvement
Establish and maintain relationships with key business and technology stakeholders
Establish and execute a strategy/ plan to manage the assets that are required for the service, including people, hardware, software
Manage total costs of the service, both investment and operational and understand cost drivers.
Ensure effective and optimized service execution, including consumption, customer feedback, costs, supplier management thru a process of continuous evaluation and improvement
Establish a performance focused operating system with well defined success measures, including cost, consumption, user experience, performance to SLAs.

MUST HAVE

Bachelors Degree

Demonstrable knowledge of the services management discipline
Robust demonstration of M&A critical success factors for due diligence and integration
Experience leading complex, global integrations and/ or divestitures 
Ability to both drive for results and lead thru collaboration and influence to achieve outcomes
Effective stakeholder management
Strategic planning/ thinking: Ability to articulate a vision and strategy, and develop/ execute road-maps that align architecture and business capabilities
