AT&T has an opening for Operations Logistics Manager to support the Army Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) program as a member of the Program Management Office team responsible for developing, delivering, maintaining and securing a commercially provided Command and Control information network for the United States Army.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

This position is to be the AT&T EITaaS Operations Logistics Manager. We are seeking a leader to manage the overall logistical relationship between the Army and AT&T and within the program between contractors. Individual will be responsible for assessing operational logistical requirements to ensure resources are forecasted, procured, and delivered across all areas of the program. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, customer-focused, team player, and be able to coordinate and collaborate on multiple issues simultaneously with many stakeholders. The operations leader is responsible for the inclusion and integration of all hardware and software resources which provide a comprehensive solution for AT&T and to the Army. This operations-logistics leader role will exercise a wide variety of skills and experiences including technical area(s) subject matter expertise; program management; procurement and logistical management; relationship management; and oral/written communications at both the technical and executive level.

DoD Secret clearance (#secret)

Required Qualifications:
  • Oversee multiple Line of Effort (LOE) solution elements of the program, and maintain situational awareness across LOEs, providing regular briefings, status updates, and recommendations to the PMO.
  • Provide oversight, status, and tracking to PMO for all procurement of resources (hardware, software, etc) related to the program.
  • Lead on the development of logistical procedures for the program, to include but not limited to: life cycle sustainment, and supply chain security.
  • Oversee logistics and procurement management of deliverables and documentation.
  • Organize and support meetings across multiple organizations related to procurement, asset inventory, and logistical tracking
  • of program resources.
  • Provide procurement management which includes working with vendors and internal order processes.
  • Coordinate with PMO, government IPO, and other contractors across multiple geographical locations.
  • Provide relevant input to Government program planning activities.
  • Prepare briefings, reports, and informational analyses in support of program initiatives.
  • Manage and close internal and external program related taskers, and brief Government on status.
  • Manage CDRL deliverables to meet schedule and quality requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to Government policies, master plans and schedules, and develop, brief, and execute solutions to program problems.
  • Travel requirement: Approximately 10%.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Project Management Experience
  • Operational experience working with DoD
  • Desired candidates should be methodical and have ability to work with multiple data streams
  • Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DoD, military/civilian
  • personnel and industry partners
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
