Job Description

Line Coordinators perform functions associated with all wafer movement for all processes in OTF and will be responsible for executing a section of the line for a given process.

Primary responsibilities could include but are not limited to:

  • Drumbeat execution
  • Micromanaging Critical Queue times
  • Addressing Static and hold lot
  • Meeting cycle times goals
  • Balancing shells
  • Managing hot boxes
  • Addressing ASOM/CORE issues
  • RFC execution
  • Getting tool status updates and executing to established game plans
  • Successful candidate will need to communicate with people in different levels of the organization including, ROC GL's, FIST Leaders, Module Team leads, Shift GL's and others as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 months of experience in a leadership role (can be school or work).

-Candidate must possess at least one of the following educational or experience requirements:

  •  Associates degree in a STEM or technical program (i.e. Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Electronic Engineering Technology, Avionics repair, Automotive Science or any other related field). 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (STEM), Chemistry, Physics, Biology or any other related field.
  • Certification in any STEM or any other technical field of study. 
  • Military Experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a semiconductor/automotive environment or similar field.

-Candidate must be willing to:

  •  Lift up to 25 lbs., and spend the majority of time (greater than 90% less break time) on the floor working on tool sets, walking 3-5 miles a day, and/or standing/sitting for 9 hours.
  • Work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves.
  • Work a day shift compressed work week schedule (shift is twelve hours long and rotate from three to four days a week).

-This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. A U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government. Intel will not sponsor a foreign national for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience with end-user computer skills and navigation, automation systems troubleshooting
