What you'll do

The LIMS Administrator/Stability Program Coordinator position distinguishes itself through administration of the LIMS stability module to support the custom stability program in coordination with cross- functional teams globally to enable successful operation of the Custom Stability Program.

  • Develop the LIMS stability module working cross functionally, with support, to set up master data, stability batches, studies, study plans
  • Use LIMS to setup and track stability projects.
  • Create and communicate study timelines, including any updates to relevant team members and customer
  • Manage LIMS workorders and communicate to stability scientist and lab manager
  • Manage the creation of LIMS stability interim and final reports
  • Facilitate/coordinate the operational functions, including LIMS, of the custom stability program
  • Become expert in LIMS administration and stability program capabilities and costs
  • Work with custom project managers and field commercial representatives to understand customer expectations
  • Work with teams cross-functionally to design and submit and initiate stability studies in LIMS
  • Assure required product samples are produced and delivered to stability lab in a time frame that is consistent with customer need and stability lab schedules
  • Communicate milestone completion to customer service, modality owner and customer
  • Assist the manager in ensuring an efficient workflow operation and report any delays and problems that can cause significant delay to manager, or stability scientist
  • Use problem solving skills as part of a cross functional team, to facilitate order, manufacturing and shipping of stability samples to lab and other ongoing process improvements
  • Adhere to department rules and protocols as well as company regulations stated in the Employee handbook
  • Adhere to Department Specific Safety Guidelines
  • Comply with site Quality Management System requirements

    Who you are

    • BS in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field, with equivalent experience or comparable training
    • 5 years relevant work experience
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills, self-motivated
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Experience with document management and associated software
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States full-time
    • Willing to work in our [Logan, UT] facility full-time
