In this role you will manage tools to provide the organization with the insights into consumer behavior, market reactions, and competitive insights needed to support strategic decision-making across multiple service categories and brands.

Role Responsibilities

  • Focus on driving critical consumer insights across the organization
  • Managing complex international consumer research programs, mentoring employees in other global offices and serving as a subject matter expert for key stakeholders across the business
  • A critical part of the role will be organizing and synthesizing multiple sources to deliver consumer insights that drive strategic and operational decision making
  • You will be deeply engaged in designing, executing, analyzing and disseminating consumer research and providing clear direction on implications to business partners.
  • You will interact closely with business leaders in the Americas, augmenting their consumer understanding, and providing clear input to business growth strategies.
  • Manage both custom and programmatic consumer research and be able to clearly define business issues, frame research objectives, implement appropriate methodologies and deliver critical insights to business partners
  • You will co-ordinate and manage domestic and international research projects, both quantitative and qualitative Handle and deliver on diverse research needs across all areas of the business (including but not limited to innovation, brand, communication, pricing, CRM, customer experience).
  • Work with a diverse set of external vendors to ensure delivery of appropriate insights and that they are delivered in a cost effective, accurate and timely fashion
  • Conduct internal presentations, workshops and training sessions based on research data, and tailor this output according to the needs of different audiences. Leverage historical research and mine existing research databases to answer key business questions.

  • Quantitative, qualitative, etc research experience
  • Voice of customer experience

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $135,770 186,000 USD per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
