This role is for a technical lead of a multi-disciplinary Agile team. This lead will need to be able to drive technical direction and work completion for front end developers, Java developers and Quality Analysts. This role will be responsible for mentoring, training, and assistance of resources. This role will be responsible for ensuring the team meets sprint deliverables.

  • Provide technical direction and training for all team members

  • Own the sprint work and ensure that appropriate resources are applied to appropriate tasks
  • ""
  • Proactively resolve sprint issues through proper planning and understanding of team limitations
  • ""
  • Develop new features and components for the DMP platform
  • ""
  • Develop the architecture and infrastructure in conjunction with the solutions architect and DevOps lead
  • ""
  • Collaborate with the Scrum Master, Product Owners, Business Analyst and Business Stakeholders to ensure that the work provided to the team meets the necessary standards forthe team to complete
  • ""
  • Collaborate with the Scrum Master, Solutions Architect and skill leads to ensure that the work isdelivered in committed sprints and meets the necessary standards
  • ""
  • Own and manage the coding standards
  • ""
  • Conduct code reviews and train team members on proper code review procedures
  • ""
  • Drive innovation in both technology and processes

  • 8+ years of experience in Software Development
  • ""
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and associated tools/best practices
  • ""
  • Experience with Java developing
  • ""
  • Agile Development Methodology
  • ""
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ""
  • Able to provide constructive feedback in code reviews
  • ""
  • Experience engineering and architecting enterprise level software solutions
  • ""
  • Mentoring and training of other developers
  • ""
  • Object Oriented Programming and Functional/Reactive Paradigms
  • ""
  • Responsive Design
  • ""
  • Version control and best practices
  • ""
  • Experience developing code to current accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
  • ""
  • Automated testing, e.g., using Jasmine/Mocha, Selenium/Protractor, Spock
  • ""
  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location
  • ""
