Start your journey now! **Your Role and Responsibilities** The Lead Recruiter is responsible for working with partners and providing customer happiness with RPO services. You will work closely with the client, IBMs operation management, and staff. The person in this role will define, develop, plan and implement sourcing strategies to provide a qualified talent pool. This role requires project management and recruiting experience to meet customer happiness goals. **What youll do:** + Works with client Hiring Managers and business unit leaders to define, build and document hiring forecasts + Upon approval of a new requisition, work with hiring manager to set Service Level Agreements (SLA) expectations and requirements + Work within pre-defined recruitment processes while assessing that process to identify, recommend areas, improve and build standard methodologies to follow + Identify new methods with the approach for sourcing candidates and generating new leads + Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals as set by management team + Work in conjunction with the business head in the establishment of weekly/quarterly/yearly Global Delivery Center goals + Review, analyze, mentor and coach support teams to ensure recruiting goals are being met through a reciprocal approach + Utilize ATS to perform candidate screening (and other program tools) + Use detailed screening and selection criteria to identify top talent and resolve meaningful strength of the talent in the pool + Participate in client meetings at the direction of the Operations Director and/or Client Relationship Director to construct everlasting work relations that shall enhance strong customer satisfaction + Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all times + Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management **Competencies:** + Strategic/tactical thinking & build strong relations + Ability to craft and design solutions + Influential communication to build positive work culture + Building and maintaining reciprocal relationships + Consistently build and deliver results **How well help you grow:** + Youll have access to all the HR and management training courses you require to become the guide you want to be + You shall learn directly from authorities in the field; team that leads and loves to mentor + We shall create equal opportunities to compete in a positive working environment + You have the opportunity to work in many different areas to determine what really excites you **Required Professional and Technical Expertise** + 5 to 7 years experience in recruitment standard methodologies ( + 4 years experience building rapport and collaborating with Hiring Managers through the open requisition, sourcing, debrief and offer stages + At least 4 years experience sourcing through social media channels and other innovative sourcing channels + Demonstrable experience in partner management and strength to hold difficult conversations with them + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to juggle multiple demands without missing deadlines. + Ability to build expertise in deep domain knowledge, understanding of business strategy and drive innovation. + Bachelors' Degree + Fluency in English **Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise** + At least 7 years experience in direct sourcing and recruitment experience in a corporate or consultancy (RPO set up is a preferred) + Equipped with consultative instinct, passionate about recruiting and not view the role as transactional + Proficiency and experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) will be an advantage **About Business Unit** IBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
