Job Description:

Responsible for all phases of internal and external dataflow for mission system collection systems. Interfaces with external customer, local field customer as well directs corrective action and future systems requirements as the platform evolves. Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost; schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals; business plans; proposal work statements and specifications; operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities; leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost; schedule; and technical performance. Establishes design concepts; criteria and engineering efforts for product research; development; integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules; identifies program problems and obtains solutions; such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Will liaison with the Field Services Team on field issues as well as oversee the new learning lab effort. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical; manufacturing and administrative areas

Essential Functions:

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • In-depth Rivet Joint Mission Systems experience


    • TS/SI Clearance
    • 4 years’ experience in Systems Engineering
    • 4 years experience as a RC-135 CSA (computer system administrator)
    • Requires comprehensive level knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have in-depth knowledge of project management. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.

      Preferred Additional Skills:

      • Previous ground based signals intelligence information systems¬† desired
      • Programming language experience in Perl, PHP, SQWL, Python desired
      • In depth knowledge of LDAP and Firewall Manager desired
      • Must be able to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as required.
