ABOUT THE ROLE
AT&T Mobility and Entertainment is on a journey to transform our advertising in the new digital era. Driving that transformation is not for the faint hearted. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive site traffic, revenue, and customer acquisition for our consumer products.

This role will focus on marketing AT&Ts consumer products, including campaign management and development of media and creative across multiple channels (programmatic, display, social, native and video) on multiple platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile and app) throughout the campaign lifecycle. This role will report to the Director of Media Planning and Creative.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Plan, design, and build paid search, social, display and video marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Work closely with agency, marketing and product teams, Web design, development teams and usability teams
Provide digital marketing insights inclusive of data management, profiling, tagging, budgeting, forecasting and analytics with operational oversight.
Monitor and manage multiple campaigns to deliver maximum stakeholder value against predetermined KPIs
Identify opportunities for messaging and creative adjustment throughout campaign lifecycle according to best practice
Conduct Test & Learn analysis and optimize tactics and campaigns to meet or exceed brand/business expectations
Provide reporting and analysis at varying cadences including ad-hoc requests on campaign status to stakeholders


WHAT YOU'LL NEED
3-5 years of digital strategy and campaign management experience in digital marketing
Experience building and leading digital media campaigns
Understanding of current and emerging digital and social media platforms and trends
Proven track record in managing large digital media budgets and hitting monthly goals for user acquisition, retention, and other key performance metrics
Extensive knowledge of digital media and creative as well as related research tools, resources, digital technical platforms, dynamic creative optimization and related integration opportunities
Proficiency in leveraging digital user behavior data, understanding of audience targeting and lifecycle marketing
Skilled at preparing digital media and creative briefs for the agencies ensuring that the plans and execution are meeting business strategies, objectives and brand guidelines
Deeply analytical and data driven; proficiency with multi-variant, A/B testing, promotional strategy, attribution models
Great at rallying partners to do the best work of their career. Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with a diverse range of partners
Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt rapidly to aggressive deadlines and rapidly changing priorities
Ability to simply and effectively communicate complex concepts and stories
Demonstrated experience to drive projects from conception to completion
Can-do, positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible to changing demands of the business

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field of study
MBA preferred
