Huntington Ingalls Industries Mission\-Driven Innovative Systems \(HII\-MDIS\) provides mission\-critical engineering and technical service to Information Technology, Federal Civilian, and National Security, Aerospace & Defense and International government and commercial customers at over 100 locations worldwide\.

HII\-MDIS is currently seeking a Curriculum Developer to work out of our Norfolk, VA or Charleston, SC office on the Program Executive Office \(PEO\) for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence \(C4I\) International Integration Program Office \(PMW 740\) supporting training services for the portfolio of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia \(KSA\) Foreign Military Sales \(FMS\) C4I Surveillance and Reconnaissance \(C4ISR\) cases\.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

Provide full range of curriculum development support and services to the SOW requirements for providing C4I equipment training \(operational and maintenance\) to the Royal Saudi Navy\. Duties and tasks include, but are not limited to:

+ Ensure that ALL SOW\-related course content is relevant, up to date and meets the SOW requirements

+ Produce, on a previously agreed upon schedule, updates to each course curriculum\.

+ Work with in\-country instructors on a weekly or monthly basis to receive feedback on course content, relevancy, making such suggested changes and modifications and to provide the highest level of curriculum quality available on the specific C4I systems, applications, equipment and software\.

+ Allocate curriculum development and course design resources effectively to meet all requirements training schedules as outlined in the SOW and under the direction of the Program Manager and the in country Lead Instructor

+ Identify opportunities for additional work scope and follow\-on prospects\.

**Qualifications and Experience:**


+ Minimum five years of experience with USN Communications equipment maintenance; three or more years of this experience must be in maintaining C41 systems\.

+ Minimum five years of demonstrated experience developing military or industrial curriculum

+ Demonstrated experience with USN training requirements and processes \(e\.g\. NAVEDTRA 130 series\)

+ Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office applications and databases

+ Bachelor's degree in Education, Technical, or a related field from an accredited college or university OR Certification as a Navy Instructor \(Navy Enlisted Classification \(NEC\) 9502\)

+ US SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance


+ Certification as a Navy Curriculum Developer \(NE 9506\) or Navy Instructor \(NEC 9502\)

+ Certification as a Master Training Specialist\.

+ Demonstrated experience with USN training requirements and processes \(e\.g\. TRPPM, NTSP, and JDTA processes\)

+ Demonstrated experience interacting with US and foreign senior military/government officials\.

+ Demonstrated experience conducting training OCONUS\.

+ Demonstrated experience conducting training to foreign nationals\.

+ Masters Degree from an accredited university or college\.
