We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Jira/Confluence Administrator to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall, responsibly of Jira and Confluence environment for the Forge Insights Team
\r
• Advising and implementing best practices for governance of Jira and Confluence environments
\r
• Reporting KPI€™s from Jira and Confluence
\r
• Ensuring project team is following best practices and ensuring they are followed
\r

\r
• Provide recommendations to Forge Insights team on best practices and standardization in implementing and leveraging processes for Jira and Confluence
\r
• Research and provide recommendations on Atlassian products, plug-ins, and roadmap features for future enhancements to support business objectives
\r
• Maintain a governance plan for JIRA and Confluence
\r
• Support the migration of acquired Jira environments into the corporate instance
\r
• Create and configure metrics, dashboards, reports, and advanced filters in JIRA to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports
\r
• Liaise between internal customers and external vendors for more complex work involving custom code or for projects that require expert consultation
\r
• Facilitating plugin research, procurement, testing and implementation
\r
• Accountable for day-to-day service management and operations of Forge Insights Team Jira and Confluence instances, including monitoring, security, vulnerability remediation, performance, data protection and disaster recovery
\r

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor€™s Degree
• 2 years working as Jira and Confluence Administrator
• 2 years Agile and Scrum Project management Experience

• Knowledge and understanding of SDLC, ITIL methodologies
• Understanding of Data Analytics, AI, ML
• Software Development and Implementation project experience
