+ Identifying,
investigating, and diagnosing issues for local and remote teams across Product

+ Providing a

+ At least 2 years of professional experience
supporting people and technology.

+ Experience working with at least 3 of the
following environments: OSX, Windows, Linux, Helpdesk, DevOps, AWS, Github,
