IT Support Technician

Members of the France TI support team, the Infrastructure Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for providing a single point of contact between Citi global support teams and end users within the Citis IT environment.

The role includes, but is not limited to end user support with installation, maintenance and upgrade of all hardware and equipment ( PCs, videoconferencing, desk phones, corporate mobile, network devices) and applications to ensure optimal work performance to end users. This person provides assistance to end-users and troubleshoot issues physically, or remotely in a timely and accurate fashion.

Due to the business represented in Paris (Trading Floor, BCMA and Executive environment) a strong customer focus and experience in these activities are required.

Fluent French both verbal and written is a need.


+ Diagnose and resolve problems through troubleshooting and basic analysis, escalate issues as appropriate

+ Apply comprehension of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing objectives

+ Participate to administrative task

+ Exchange ideas and information in a concise and clear manner

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying

sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


+ 3-5years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role

+ English and French language - fluency

+ Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience

+ Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills


+ Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

As the role is the first interface with the end user, the candidate has to have an excellent relationship with

other and has the capacity to transfer knowledge to transform IT users on IT adopters.
