IT Operations is responsible for the day-to-day running of the IT landscape, delivering a resilient, secure, and fully integrated IT experience, enabling access to and delivery of exceptional care.

Our products and services include end user support, application resilience and incident management, middleware and application environment services, infrastructure services, and network services.


Internship Project:
- Participate in a small, collaborative peer team working with experts at all levels of the IT Operations organization to deliver superior results
- Participate in a variety of projects to leverage skills in data analysis, project management, reporting/analytics, and production support

- Opportunities to work in multiple team roles and with interns in California, Oregon, and Georgia on various projects within IT Operations

- Meet and network with people throughout the organization and learn about their work
- Opportunities to present to Executive leadership


We are looking for an intern with the following experience
- Basic data management and analysis skills
- Basic project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility & willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
- Planning and problem solving skills

Basic Qualifications:
Experience
- N/A
Education
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree or have graduated with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university within the last year.
License, Certification, Registration
- N/A

Additional Requirements:
- Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3.0 GPA or above
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time
