Experienced IT Architect with proven design/architect expertise in designing and implementation of projects specifically focused on Collaboration Applications within IT. In this role, the individual will work closely with internal cross functional teams to develop robust, flexible and scalable solutions for various projects within Honeywell IT to meet certain needs across our Business Units. In addition to designing and developing proof of concepts, you will work to define the technical requirements focused around specific software integrations, automation, and implementation of these solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform solution design, solution architecture, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof of concepts for current and future projects
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to understand and evaluate their needs especially in the Sales, DevOps, and Engineering space.
  • You will assess specific internal use cases then work to deliver the ideal solution to meet those needs
  • Oversee the technical aspect of the project, while also ensuring process documentation are created and maintained
  • Conduct Solution Architecture reviews with teams prior to design and development activities to ensure fulfill business requirements and solution is scalable, flexible
  • Advise and create methods to improve technical solution processes
  • Focus on leveraging automation within all workflows and design
  • Utilize API€™s to deliver on requirements focused around DLP, eDiscovery, and monitoring

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Bachelor€™s Degree
    • 5+ years experience in IT
    • 3+ years of experience architecting solutions, to include:
      • Experience using Python for scripting and automation
      • Experience with integrations using API€™s, including LDAP/AD
      • Experience with DLP and eDiscovery, integrating into different platforms and tools
      • 3+ years Experience with IT Collaboration Tools, especially Slack
      • Due to contractual agreements, all applicants must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents
