ISV Partner Program Manager

We are hiring an experienced program manager to join the AWS Partner Network (APN) Delivery Team to manage and execute program initiatives that support APN Technology Partners to reach more customers with their software products.

This role will work cross-functionally with multiple teams around the world including Technology Partner Management, APN Programs, and AWS Sales to drive onboarding and delivery for industry leading partner programs. The successful candidate must be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented, embrace a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and have excellent problem solving abilities.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Own the onboarding and operational support for programs that enable APN Partners with software products to reach more customers and align with the AWS sales organization.
· Identify opportunities to improve our internal tools and processes, including driving automation of repeatable work, and increasing overall team efficiency.
· Develop and track key performance metrics using Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, and other internal Amazon systems.
· Drive innovative and creative solutions to partner and AWS sales challenges.
· Work across multiple internal AWS teams, building relationships and gathering input to drive alignment.
· Work closely and communicate effectively with partners, AWS sales, and partner teams around the world.


· BS/BA degree
· 5+ years of program or operations experience in a global and cross-functional capacity


· Experience with leading programs for an enterprise software sales organization
· Experience working in a sales operations and/or strategy role
· Ability to independently own and manage a strategic program by defining and executing on key deliverables and outcomes
· Demonstrated skill at building relationships and an ability to influence others
· Demonstrable problem-solving, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Meets/exceeds Amazon€™s leadership principles requirements for this role
· Meets/exceeds Amazon€™s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
