We currently have an opening for a Production Supervisor (rotating shift) at our facility in Fairfield, OH.  The following is a list of specific duties which are considered to be essential functions of this job. The list is not exhaustive, as all our positions at the company are dynamic. This is consistent with our need to be flexible and responsive to the needs of our customers. 

Responsibilities:
Responsible for Health Safety Environmental (HSE) throughout the site by instilling a €˜safety first€™ mindset within the team.
Maximize first pass yield in all areas of the facility without sacrificing HSE or Quality.
Direct, supervise and monitor activities of Team Leads and Team Members to maximize productivity in the facility.
Monitor, assist, and utilize Honeywell Operating System (HOS) techniques to meet or exceed HON metrics involving all aspects of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (Productivity), Inventory, Continuous Improvement and People Involvement. 
Work closely with Production Scheduling, Manufacturing Engineers, Procurement, Customer Service, Quality and Supervisor Team to ensure all quality and production goals are achieved. 
Drive continuous improvement activities utilizing Lean Manufacturing concepts, the Honeywell Operating System and Six Sigma by seeking out opportunities and initiating action to improve processes €“ through team member engagement.
Employee development including feedback/coaching, team-building, conflict resolution, and training. 
Communicating daily with other shifts, peer supervisors and Site Staff regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery, Workload capacity, Staffing problems, and Continuous Improvement issues. 
Ensure manufacturing processes and procedures are running as required by auditing.
Ensure shifts are adequately staffed to best assist in increased productivity.
Analyze and resolve work problems, and assist workers in solving work problems utilizing HOS methodologies.
Coordinate with Leads to ensure proper orientation, assimilation, training of new team members and maintain employee training matrix.
Maintain time and production records.
Implement and administer policies and procedures as they relate to employees.
Perform supervisor Leader Standard Work for the process, supporting HSE activities and play an integral role teaching, training and deploying HOS throughout the site: 
- 5S 
- Tiered Accountability Meetings 
- Standardized Work Layered Audits
- Leadership Standardized Work 
- TPM 
- RPS €“ Rapid Problem Solving BIQ
- Self-Learning

Attributes/Skills Required/Sought: 
Leadership and integrity; create environment conducive to accomplish metrics and objectives.  Customer focus, internal and external.  Analytical problem solving ability, process oriented. High level communication skills, written and verbal.  Ability to coach, motivate, and foster a positive work environment.  Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.  Strong presence on production floor continuously driving improvement. 

MUST HAVE

Bachelor€™s Degree, in lieu of degree, minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in operations and/or manufacturing.
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory (leader) experience.

Intermediate user of Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
