**A Day in the Life**


As the Inventory New Product Planning Manager you will:


+ Generate and submit weekly report out to Site Director and site staff and SI leadership

+ Work closely with site buying manager and buying team to align site financial implications directly with inventory levels (PPV/Inventoryexpectations)

+ Provide leadership and management of supply chain coordinator, aligning activities to the needs of the Supply Chain team

+ Develop reports for inventory monitoring and projecting monthly levels

+ Manage the purchasing and planning of NPD/Pilot projects

+ Collaborate closely with NPD resources to procure material and plan production to meet product launches

+ Align NPD launch timelines with requirements of the operations team

+ Plan financial outlook associated with new product volumes

+ High level of communication and diligence in managing the transition of products from launch to transfer into the manufacturing site


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience


**Nice to Have**


+ Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one job area.

+ Advanced knowledge in IS systems and reporting

+ Experience in manufacturing environment in progressive leadership roles

+ Excellent personal, organizational and leadership skills

+ Proficiency with typical business software and network applications

+ Good communication skills and established leadership ability

+ Ability to recognize and support site priorities

+ Capable of managing projects and prioritizing effectively
