Essential Responsibilities 

  • Stage, package and prepare items for shipment
  • Manage/Audit and verify all shipping and customs documentation
  • Verify all part/serial numbers and confirm all paperwork is present for outgoing shipments (NAFTA, FDA forms, export permits, etc.)
  • Data entry (shipment information, RMA numbers, NCR data, etc)
  • Deliver equipment from Shipping to Production or CSG floor and vice versa
  • Manage final QA checks done during the packing process of turret systems and spares for both CSG and Production
  • Organize packing/shipping cases in warehouse (on-site and off-site)
  • Manage the storage of excess shipping cases and finished goods (tracking and coordinating requirements per the production build/ship schedule)
  • Assist in the management of off-site inventory for both CSG and Production
  • Assist in coordinating the shipment and return of damaged cases sent out for repair
  • Assist with the movement of finished goods from Production and CSG to finished goods storage or vice versa
  • Assist in the management of CFE/GFE in accordance with company procedures
  • Inspect all lift/handling equipment daily
  • Manage customer owned, program warehouse and finished goods inventory (audits, documentation, VISUAL data entry, etc.)
  • Perform all inventory related transactions related to Finished Goods and program items
  • Manage all Return to Vendor (RTV) shipments, transactions and initial purchase orders (including vendor RMA requirements)
  • Provide updated POD and Shipment status notifications to all internal stakeholders
  • Manage the shipping supplies as required
