Your Role and Responsibilities

Este rol tiene la misin de generar un plan de comunicacin internas 360 totalmente alineado a las
prioridades del negocio y del Gerente General de Pas. Debe entender las reas principales del
Engagement Survey para generar junto a Recursos Humanos actividades que permitan impactar
positivamente al clima de la compaa - enfocado en tres audiencias: Gerentes, Sellers, Empleados. Es
responsable de equipar a los IBMers con la estrategia regional y local, generar actividades de comunicacin
y contenidos en diferentes vehculos. Debe proveer guas y desarrollar las comunicaciones ejecutivas del
gerente general, asegurando la correcta integracin con global y regin. Es responsable de apoyar el
lanzamiento de campaas globales como IBMer News (nueva aplicacin para comunicacin interna),
desarrollo de contenidos, town meetings, etc.

Responsabilidades:
Ser un asesor de comunicaciones confiable para Gerente General y el equipo de liderazgo local,
generando contenidos y preparando presentaciones, memos y otros assets digitales.
Liderar las comunicaciones ejecutivas del gerente general y apoyando la generacin de contenidos en
sus interacciones con diversas audiencias.
Localizar e implementar campaas regionales de comunicacin interna.
Generar contenidos y formentar la adopcin de IBMer News.
Liderar todos los vehculos y programas de comunicacin interna de la compaa, impulsando el clima
interno y haciendo de IBM Per un best place to work.
Crear un programa interno de participacin de los empleados que motive a los IBM, cree una cultura
positiva y genere resultados.
Informar sobre las mtricas de xito de las actividades de comunicacin.
Trabajar de cerca con el gerente general para alinear mensajes clave en las actividades de comunicacin
corporativa y los eventos estratgicos de la empresa.
Colaborar con equipos de comunicaciones ampliados (es decir, relaciones pblicas, RRHH, Ciudadana
Corporativa) y otros para garantizar la cohesin del mensaje en apoyo de la estrategia corporativa de la
empresa.
Participar en el desarrollo de contenido de alta calidad y demuestre una comprensin slida de
tecnologas complejas, productos y desafos del mercado.

Egresado/a de Comunicaciones, Relaciones Pblicas, Periodismo, Organizacin de Eventos o
afines.
