Purpose & Objective of Position

SAP MaxAttention is the highest level of engagement from SAP Digital Business Services focusing on SAPs largest and most strategic customers. MaxAttention is a long term strategic engagement providing end to end coverage across all solutions & platforms. The SAP MaxAttention engagement accelerates both the customers digital journey (ideation, innovation, advisory & guidance, planning & safeguarding, optimization; full ALM) as well as adoption of SAP Solutions, both on-prem and in the cloud.

Expectations & Tasks

For this role, we are looking for passionate, self-managed individuals with a strong business sense and excellent communication skills.  During this internship, the individual will work virtually with multiple teams around the globe, working closely with the Global Head of SAP MaxAttention.

  • Supporting various projects
  • Support internal SAP MaxAttention programs and initiatives, including SAP MaxAttention Sales Education asset creation (usually PPTs), sales education conference call/webinar invitations, hosting of calls, recording of calls, education topic selection, speaker confirmation and preparation, and follow up & organization of all sales education assets
  • Provide reports and administrative support as needed
  • Support and maintain project plans & execution of tasks
  • Draft and/or edit internal communications
  • Additional programs and initiatives supported may include, but are not limited to, writing, editing and reviewing talk tracks and objection handling documents, conducting interviews and creating Internal Pod-casts & Stories in support of MaxAttention, MaxAttention Business Growth Tools, Programs and Best Practices, MaxAttention Events (customer and internal)

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong English (grammar) skills
  • Strong in MS PPT, Excel, Office and Skype
  • Solid Business acumen and business understanding
  • Ability to process content from different sources and identify conflicting statements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and committed to achieve excellent internal customer and team satisfaction
  • Strong work ethic, team player, self-directed contributor

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Physics, Math, Engineering or related field
  • Junior and Senior year students with related coursework experience required
  • Any SAP coursework is a plus or interest in:
    • Distribution/ Warehouse & Inventory Management/Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling/ Business Intelligence & Reporting/Data Warehouse
  • Experience in programming languages (e.g. Java, C++, ABAP)
  • Excellent GPA
  • Candidate must be able to take a technical approach to issues, strong analytic and problem solving skills
