Responsibilities
Assists in developing the integrated marketing communications plan to strengthen the divisions offline and online presence and build brand loyalty. Helps to communicate the promotion strategy across the division and explains its relevance to meeting business objectives.
Assist in creating differentiated messaging and value positions for the division brand and its products.
Helping to define and implement a digital marketing plan to include best-in-class experiences via the web and other interactive channels using content management system, e-commerce, marketing automation and other tools. Programs should deliver measurable improvements in lead generation, customer satisfaction, conversion, and revenue.
Support in the development of complementary offline message delivery tactics such as advertising, public relations, collateral development and trade show participation.
Integrates communications strategy and messages across all online and offline channels (i.e., marketing automation, email, eCommerce, Website, social media, mobile, display, print collateral, advertsing, PR and trade shows).
Supports specific promotional (lead generation) processes and programs for the division, in conjunction product managers, sales and the marketing manager for new and existing products, along with new customer acquisition programs in an effective cost/performance manner.
Participates in continuous improvement of team, marketing and promotional processes. Stays abreast of ongoing development and issues and communicates digital user needs, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Serve as a support advocate for digital marketing through ways to match promotional strategies to the buying behavior of customers and drive high return on investment for division promotional budget.
Establishes and evaluates metrics for program success and plans for analyzing and measuring results.
Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor degree preferably in Business, Marketing or Public Relations/Communications.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, budget and project management skills
Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsExperience or Knowledge of the Following:
Integrated marketing communications, including digital/interactive marketing, online communications, website content development, database marketing strategies and internet-related consumer promotions
Business to business brands
Development of customer value propositions and differentiated marketing messages
Interactive marketing, website development, social media and e-commerce tools, trends and technologies.
Online marketing concepts, exposure to tools such as CMS, eCommerce catalogs, campaign management and social media processes
The buying and sales cycle and how integrated marketing and digital communications initiatives can support the business objectives.
