**A Day in a life**


The Order Management intern will be exposed to the day to day responsibilities of the order management team and its leaders, which include but are not limited to order processing, monitoring, internal business partner/stakeholder coordination (SR, Field Inventory, Sales, Planning, Logistics, and SCM in-country counterparts) and creating business reports. Additionally, the intern will be tasked to perform duties such as creating process flow and work instructions, preparing simple PowerPoint presentations, completing new hire checklists and maintaining the teams master data file.


**REQUIREMENTS**


+ Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit

+ Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

+ Good written and verbal communication skills

+ Analytical and quantitative skills

+ Self-directed and quick learner

+ Independent and innovative

+ Energetic and eager to learn and share ideas

+ Able to cope well under pressure

+ Supply Chain and SAP knowledge preferred, but not necessary
