Integrated Delivery Network Sales Manager (Midwest)

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, an operating company of Danaher Corporation, is recruiting an Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) Manager. This is a field position and can be located in MN, SD, ND or WI.

The IDN Manager is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with strategic hospital network accounts to drive total value creation for the entire Lab Solutions organization. This position will own the creation and execution of cascading goals, strategies and tactics at the account level while partnering closely with internal sales teams to drive growth.

Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing multi-level partner management strategies and leading executive relationships within the Customer Networks, including C-Suite, laboratory leadership, procurement, medical directors, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and delivering value beyond our current product, service and solution portfolio.
  • Developing and driving IDN strategy through positive relationship with campaign sales team; pre and post-sale.
  • Collaborating to define customer pricing strategies with National Global Purchasing Organizations (GPO) counterparts to drive compliance of terms and pricing where applicable.
  • Owning strategic business plans (account plans) that align with corporate mission and pivotal initiatives in conjunction with the IDN€™s organizational KPI€™s/goals and financial / technical needs with a high degree of healthcare discernment.
  • Influencing up, down, and across the organization without reliance on reporting relationship.
  • Developing strong followership across the various functions of the commercial organization.
  • Accurately forecasting of IDN business and validating the accuracy of the funnel opportunities and working with local sales team to align opportunities.

    Minimum Requirements

    • BS/BA degree and 9 or more years of dynamic commercial experience in a business that serves similar customers or sells similar products.
    • Strong business, financial and healthcare acumen.
    • Excellent strategic thinking; able to help customers articulate their strategies to build value and profitable solutions to meet their strategic, financial and operational needs.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills and executive presence with an ability to work with people at multiple levels, both inside and outside of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics / Danaher.
    • Strong negotiation and commercial skills; can support team and work at high levels within customer decision making unit to negotiate complex deals.
    • Ability to influence strongly and cross-functionally within the organization and at customer sites, gaining agreement and engagement.
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to analyze complicated issues and boil down to the key points, communicate effectively, develop action plans, and bring to a successful conclusion.
    • Change Agile; ability to operate in the gray and flex to new developments or situations.
    • Up to 60% travel requirements

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • MBA degree preferred
      • Experience in leading or participating in Laboratory IDN campaigns for multiple testing disciplines
      • Lean and DBS principles and experience highly desired
      • Direct people management and /or leadership experience preferred.
