Position Summary

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sale Representative for covering the French market for the Hospitality industry that thrives in a fast pace sales cycle environment.

We at Infor believe an Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, using social network platforms, working with all areas of the business, partners, generating interest, qualifying opportunities and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/quotas within the French region. (This includes regular forecasts to regional sales manager and above)
  • Build credible relationships within the Infor family of installed accounts, in order to create, manage, and close sales opportunities.
  • Learn and present the value proposition for Infor's business solutions within the hospitality industry.
  • Frequently work in a team environment with Pre-sales Consultants, Consulting Sales and other internal departments.
  • Utilize, and accurately update Infor customer, forecasting, and pipeline management computer systems.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly, both verbally and in writing, with customers, various internal departments, and your manager.
  • Prepare and present quarterly Territory/Business plans and reviews.

    Key Requirements

    • French speaker at a native or bilingual level.
    • Minimum two years of previous sales experience preferably software.
    • Experience in hospitality
    • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent complex sales cycles.
    • Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving, and challenging environment.
    • Demonstrate passion for your company, solutions, customers, and achieving lofty goals.
    • Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills.
    • Demonstrate professionalism, with above high organisational planning, communication, and problem solving skills.
    • Strong presentation skills, both face to face, as well as over telephone and internet.
    • Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members.
    • Preferred, but not required: Management/Supervisory experience, athletics success, either individual or team sports, student body leadership positions, participation in charitable organisations.
