In the Implementations Manager (340B Retail) you will be responsible for leading the team of Implementation Managers of assigned retail store program contracts for 340B covered entities. The position requires the ability to interact with a variety of Wellpartner TPA and Covered Entity personnel. It also includes interaction with CVS enterprise departments; 340B Account Management, Finance, Store Operations, etc. Duties will include managing colleagues, program installations, ad hoc program reporting, and maintaining all team SOPs, while collaborating with TPA colleagues. The individual will work closely with management to ensure operational excellence.

**Required Qualifications**

- 3 or more years of experience in health-related area or must possess transferable skills.

- 2 or more years people leadership experience.

- 2 or more years of experience with MS Excel

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Strong knowledge of healthcare/hospital environment, 340B Programs and account management

- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, including demonstrable experience in workflow management systems and/or service delivery

- Proven customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department and enterprise goals

- Collaboration with the CVS team, Covered Entities and 340B Administrators to ensure standard program processes are communicated & executed appropriately

- Collaborate to accurately forecast implementing group activity and communicate changes

- Establishing and maintaining 340B implementation and corresponding databases

- Understanding and implementing CVS Health contractual terms and SOPs

- Maintaining a strong understanding of 340B guidelines

- Train and develop staff to conduct all implementation meetings with TPA, Covered Entities and internal stakeholders as applicable

- Managing risk point escalation of key business initiatives of current book of business

- Working with management to develop and maintain SOPs that improve business performance and optimize workflows


- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
