The ICG Client Lead Finance Officer (LFO) Team - Vice-President is a mid-level position in Citis Finance organization supporting products across the Institutional Clients Group. The newly ICG Client LFO team is focused on enhancing the client management dimension across the ICG and is responsible for leading the financial management and planning efforts of Client P&L and integrating Client activities between ICG Client Analytics and ICG Finance. The team is responsible for delivering management timely and accurate ICG Client financials and providing insight into client segment performance in partnership with the broader ICG Finance team. As the team works to build out its analytical and planning capabilities, this position will be a key contributor to efforts related to performance measurement, business insight and forecasting relating to Client P&L


+ Create financial reporting to clearly summarize client financial trends and provide analytical insight to ICG and Citi senior management

+ Continuously build, enhance, and automate processes as part of Citis Finance Transformation

+ Execute analysis of annual 3-year Strategic/Operating Plans, mid-year reforecasts, and monthly outlooks in partnership with various ICG finance and businesses partners

+ Prepare presentations and analytics in support of CFO and CEO Reviews, including business initiatives

+ Execute analysis of client profitability and provide guidance on significant business and client decisions

+ Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision

+ Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy

+ Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


+ 6-10 years of relevant experience

+ Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications and data transformation tools (KNIME, Python)

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills

+ Demonstrated presentation skills

+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


+ Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience

+ Masters degree preferred
