As HR Project Leader (Employee Relations) for the NW&C Region, you will require a strong background in employee relations case work, with a focus on long term sick and grievances. You will be required to provide professional, expert, face to face Human Resources advice, coaching and support when dealing with complex employee relations cases across NW&C. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and deliver targeted line manager up-skilling programmes whilst working closely with the HR Business Partners and company-wide initiatives. They will also be able to manage a large and diverse caseload whilst creating and maintaining strong relationnships and communication channels with managers and HR Business Partners. This is an expression of interest for any future vacancies that may arise and will be based in either Birmingham or Manchester.
