 Position Overview/Responsibilities:

The Honeywell Pathways Leadership Development Program is a three-year rotational program that includes three, twelve to eighteen-month assignments. Participants are provided with high-impact assignments that are challenging and value added to the business. The program is designed to offer participants the ability to identify their next rotation in alignment with their career objectives. Participants will obtain an enriching experience through a variety of HR roles and different perspectives on Honeywell's portfolio of businesses. Therefore, geographic mobility is an important factor to an individual's success at Honeywell.

Partner with line leadership to drive business performance through contemporary processes in areas such as compensation, generalist, employee relations, staffing, and organizational development. You will lead the development of the workforce to increase the company's customer satisfaction and productivity. You will have the opportunity to learn employee relations in a manufacturing environment, organized and non-union employee groups. Regardless of the type of assignment you have, you can be assured that you will be challenged and stretched to reach your greatest potential. Work Experience

You Must Have:

Must have Master's Degree in Human Resources or HR Industrial Relations from an accredited college or university.

Must attain Master's degree between December 2019 and June 2020.

Applicants for employment for this position must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Honeywell

We Value:

Must complete the highest level of education, no more than 12 months prior to hire date

Demonstrated leadership qualities through university clubs, volunteer organizations, and other extra-curricular activities

Prior HR Internships preferred

Demonstrated project management skills 

Excellent communication skills 

Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization 

Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
